چکیده
Graphite-epoxy composites (GECs) are alternative construction materials for electrochemical sensors. For these materials, the electron transfer rate constant of some redox reaction depends additionally on stoichiometric relationship between insulating and conducting phases composite. In this work, influence different ratios araldite/hardener/graphite electrochemical properties GEC electrodes is evaluated simultaneous determination adenine guanine in single chain DNA, using square wave voltammetry technique. Six electrodes were prepared with different components, electrochemically characterized by cyclic presence ferri/ferrocyanide couple as a probe. that showed best responses probe characterized thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) used simultaneous free solution, DNA oligonucleotides. The results obtained containing twice higher volume araldite resin respect to hardener. TGA revealed 15-26 % electrodes. potential application sensors based oxidation signal guanine.

15 صفحه اولModeling and Characterization of a Graphite Nanoplatelet/Epoxy Composite
A micromechanical modeling procedure is developed to predict the viscoelastic properties of a graphite nanoplatelet/epoxy composite as a function of volume fraction and nanoplatelet diameter. The predicted storage and loss moduli from the model are compared to measured values from the same material using Dynamical Mechanical Analysis, nanoindentation, and tensile tests. In most cases, the model...
متن کاملDevelopment of Ionic Liquid Modified Disposable Graphite Electrodes for Label-Free Electrochemical Detection of DNA Hybridization Related to Microcystis spp.
In this present study, ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (IL)) modified pencil graphite electrode (IL-PGEs) was developed for electrochemical monitoring of DNA hybridization related to Microcystis spp. (MYC). The characterization of IL-PGEs was performed using microscopic and electrochemical techniques. DNA hybridization related to MYC was then explored at the surfac...

15 صفحه اولNondestructive Evaluation of Graphite/Epoxy Composite Damage
Ultrasonic and acoustic emission techniques were used to monitor and evaluate material damage in a graphite/epoxy laminate containing a machined hole as an initial flaw and subjected to fully reversed spectrum fatigue loading at room temperature. It was found that the flaw growth progressed radially around the initial hole at a uniform rate during cycling at the lower stress levels. At the high...
